Chameleonasr is a online platform which gives you access to our roster of experienced smart repair technicians. By choosing to use the website (www.chameleonasr.co.uk) and by choosing to use Chameleonasr product(s), services you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

LIABILITY chameleonasr liability these terms and conditions which have been set out are the full and complete extent of or obligations and liability’s in respect of product(s), services and support. We do not offer or provide warranties on any product(s) or services in any way unless stated. All warranty’s, liability’s, responsibility’s, refunds and any required rectifications is undertaken and the soul responsibility of the assigned technician to you.

Any warranty or condition including any term arising out of or in connection with the supply of product(s) or services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in the contract by statute, common law, laws applicable where you purchased the product(s) or services or otherwise which also includes without limitation any implied, Also nothing shall limit or exclude our liability such as;

A. Fraud
B. Any breach of obligations implied by applicable compulsory national laws as to title
C. For death or personal injury caused by our negligence
D. Any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Also Chameleonasr will not be liable in any way for loss or damage of any kind, loss of contracts, loss of data, loss of income, loss of profits, or any loss of any kind also for any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind which also includes negligence breech of contact or otherwise. Chameleonasr maximum aggregate liability under contract which also includes negligence or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by yourself to Chameleonasr in respects of the product(s) or services in question.

Also Chameleonasr will not be liable in any way for any type of failed lease inspection or any inspection of any type. Also including loss or damage of any kind, loss of contracts, loss of data, loss of income, loss of profits, or any loss of any kind also for any indirect or consequential loss of damage of any kind which also includes negligence breech of contact or otherwise.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Chameleonasr cannot be held responsible for failure to attend or delay due to any and all circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Chameleonasr will make every effort to honour agreed dates and times. In the event of a delay we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
